Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

Followings of the revocation

To use your right, you must inform us - Kazai Studios GmbH, Prinzregentenstr. 54, 80538 Munich, Germany, help@kazaistudios.com - of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration.

Simply fill out the return form and send it back to our warehouse together with the goods.

You can find the address of our warehouse below.

You will find the return form as an enclosure in the package.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send your return before the end of the cancellation period. The day on which you have delivered the return to a parcel service provider of your choice is valid.

The customer has to bear the costs for return shipments himself.

The only exception is if the goods clearly arrive defective at the customer. In this case, Kazai Studios Gmbh will cover the cost of return shipping. The condition for this is that the defect was reported within 5 days after receipt of the goods to the customer support and documented with photos.

For your own assurance, we advise you to use insured shipping with tracking when returning the goods. If the package is lost by the shipping company and is not received by us, we will not be able to provide a refund.

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs if applicable, within fourteen days from the day your return is received in our warehouse.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged for the repayment.

You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

General notes

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

Please send the goods back to us as insured as possible and with tracking number.

Return Policy:

We can only guarantee a full refund if all items are returned in the condition they were in when received. Items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (with the exception of fitting). In addition, all tags and labels must be intact.

If the merchandise is still returned, we will send the merchandise back to you and charge you for re-shipping. The purchase amount will not be refunded in this case.

If you have received defective goods, please contact our customer service immediately after receiving them help@kazaistudios.com and send us photos of the defect so that we can find a solution for you.

Please note our return period of 14 days. If the item is returned outside this period, we will send the item back to you without refund.
